Fox has released the first trailer for "X-Men: Days of Future Past."

Directed by Bryan Singer and written by Matthew Vaughn and Simon Kinberg, the latest film in the X-Men series features stars from the original films and the prequel, "X-Men: First Class."

Film stars Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Halle Berry, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore and Daniel Cudmore, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, and Michael Fassbender.

"X-Men: Days of Future Past" is set to be released May 23, 2014.
