Maternity evening gowns are what separate princesses from plebeians. When it comes to dressing a baby bump, there just aren't too many non-royals (or celebrities) in the market for such an item.
Princess Madeleine of Sweden, New York's resident royal, showed off her take on maternity formalwear yesterday at the 2013 New York Green Summit and Royal Gala. Stepping out with her financier husband, Christopher O'Neill, Madeleine looked like a real-life Cinderella in a powder blue evening gown, complete with lace detailing and an accent belt just above her bump.
Thank you, Madeleine, for going all out in the princess department at almost 4 months pregnant -- we know how annoying it must be to forfeit your jeggings and maternity blouses, even for just a few hours.
