Angelina Jolie proved once again why she's every woman. The 38-year-old actress was spotted with her five-year-old twins Saturday in Sydney, Australia, reports Britain's Daily Mail.

Jolie was reportedly on a break from directing her second feature film "Unbroken" and quickly swapped the director's cap for her mommy hat.

The mother-of-six packed on the PDA with her toddlers, Vivienne and Knox, while they enjoyed a meal at a local eatery. Jolie's maternal instincts were in full effect as she kissed and cuddled with the youngest of her children.

Vivienne's big smile was a true testament to how much she loved her mother's attention. Knox settled in close by while Jolie rested her arm around him.

As they left the restaurant, Brad Pitt's fiancée held their hands in order to keep them safely by her side. The trio reportedly made a brief stop at a toy store where mommy Jolie gifted her baby girl with a doll.

The award-winning actress is said to be renting an estate home in Sydney, which reportedly belongs to MotoGP champ Mick Doohan, while she's working down under.

Always keeping her family close by, Jolie recently attended the Governors Awards in Hollywood with Pitt and their 12-year-old son Maddox there to cheer her on.

Appearing quite differently from the no-makeup, casual look she wore in Sydney for her day out with the kids, the "Maleficent" actress was a knockout on the red carpet in a black gown with lace sleeves.

She received the prestigious Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award for her hard work campaigning for issues like aid for refugees and women victims of sexual violence, especially in Africa, as well as the mistreatment of children in the Syrian conflict.

The honor is presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and is given "to an individual in the motion picture industry whose humanitarian efforts have brought credit to the industry," according to their website.

Jolie's current film project is based on the true story of a soldier in World War II who survived a 47-day raft journey in the Pacific Ocean, but later ended up in a Japanese POW camp. The movie is set to debut in December 2014.
