Tom Cruise's lawsuit against Bauer Publishing, In Touch and Life & Style magazines has been settled, ET has learned.
Cruise went after Bauer Media Group last year in response to a cover story that seemed to claim he spent weeks without any contact with his daughter Suri after his split from Katie Holmes.
Bert Fields, Cruise's lawyer, denied the claims, insisting that the actor spoke to his daughter nearly every day while on set abroad.
