Just days after asking Kim Kardashian to marry him, Kanye West hit up the red carpet with his fiancée, marking their first public event together as an engaged couple.
On a night off from Kanye's Yeezus tour, the twosome appeared at Wolfgang Puck's charity event in Los Angeles for Dream for Future Africa Foundation. And the reality starlet opened up about letting her young daughter, North, try on her 15-carat engagement sparkler designed by Lorraine Schwartz.
"I took it off and put it on her. We brought it to her right after and told her," she told E! at the bash, adding, "I'm extremely happy. It's where I am at in my life and I hope people can see that because it's what's going on with me right now."
The twosome got engaged in San Francisco Monday night in front of friends, family and, of course, television cameras. The epic proposal at AT&T Park included fireworks and a 50-piece orchestra. And since then, Kim has been sporting the ring nonstop. "It's been on all the time," she said. "It's been on when I'm at the gym. It's been on everywhere."
The happy couple will be in Sin City Friday night, where Kim is expected to throw a big birthday bash at Tao in the Venetian and Yeezy will play the latest stop on his Yeezus tour. He'll take the stage at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
And we have a feeling that when these two come to town, what happens in Vegas won't stay in Vegas.
