The 23-year-old trainee doctor, who announced her first pregnancy in July, kept all eyes on her at the Grosnevor House in London on Monday evening (7 October) wearing a gorgeous floor-length gown that showed just the slightest hint of baby bump.
Come to think of it, can anyone remember a time when Emily hasn't looked pretty amazing?!
This is the second time the loved up couple have walked the Pride of Britain Awards red carpet together. Last year, Emily wowed in an elegant lace monochrome dress as she joined Pete at the event, marking their first red carpet appearance as a duo.

Emily has been keeping a relatively low profile since her pregnancy news broke, but has been seen out and about supporting her man, most notably at a fragrance launch over the summer and the TV Choice Awards in September.
Her desire to stay away from the limelight isn't surprising; last month, Pete admitted Emily's love of privacy was a factor in his decision to quit hit ITV2 documentary Peter Andre: My Life when the current series wraps.

"There is that because I am with someone who is a lot more private and even though I am public and I could never ask for privacy here and there - that's wrong, you can't when you're in this industry - you have to also respect the other person.
"But it's not just that, I do honestly think that we've done it and the public have been amazing, and I would hate it for the ratings to start slipping and then I have to stop."
The Pride of Britain Awards is an annual ceremony celebrating the unsung heroes among us and is attended by the Prime Minister, Prince Charles and scores of celebrities.
It airs tomorrow night on ITV.
