It may have been the day before her big night, when she’ll be honoured with a Peace Summit Award, but Sharon Stone still pulled out all the stops on Tuesday.
The 55-year-old slipped into a satin gown for a dinner in Warsaw, as part of her presence at the 13th World Summit of Nobel Peace laureates, where she will receive an award on Wednesday.
With her still stunning figure on display the actress made sure all eyes were on her as she arrived at a city centre restaurant.

Just a few hours earlier the Basic Instinct star was dressed in an elegant ensemble of emerald trousers and a silk blouse as she attended a conference at the Royal Lazienki Museum in Warsaw.
It looks like Sharon packed a wardrobe full of glamorous style choices though as that evening she changed into another stunning look for her dinner out.

The long inky blue gown clung to the actress’ body as she arrived at the city centre restaurant.
Sharon paired her gown with a pair of classic black satin pumps, which could be glimpsed through her dress’ side split.

Keeping out the evening chill with a black wrap draped over her shoulders, Sharon carried a statement gold and green clutch bag and added some more colour with a slick of red lipstick.
Her blonde locks were backcombed into a sleek up do and the outfit was finished off with a pair of hoop earrings.
It looked like Sharon needed a helping hand as she headed inside, gripping onto the arm of an assistant as she navigated the pavement in her towering heels.

The stunning actress said recently that she has every intention of growing old gracefully, and won't give in to pressure from Hollywood to stay looking young.
She told Britain's HELLO! magazine: 'I have never been a person who lies about their age.
‘I've always thought that ageing is something we should grow into, not try to fight.'
Sharon also credits her youthful looks a strict fitness regime of working out at the gym and a love for water sports.

She revealed to the magazine: 'I do a lot of exercise because I enjoy it. I go to the gym, which is how I clear my mind when life gets overwhelming. .
On Wednesday the actress will no doubt be dressed to impress once again as she is presented with a Peace Summit Award for her aid to HIV/AIDS victims during the summit.
The award has in the past been given to Sean Penn, Bono, George Clooney and Don Cheadle.

The ceremony will be held in the National Opera in Warsaw and will include the Dalai Lama, Mikhail Gorbachev, Betty Williams, among others.
As stated on the official website for the World Summit, Sharon will be recognized for her 'activities that brought solidarity and new hope to the millions of people who have fought and are fighting against the tragedy of HIV/AIDS.'
