Anthony Mackie was arrested for drink driving in New York City early this morning.
According to TMZ sources, the incident went down around 1:30 a.m. when police officers pulled Mackie over due to his tinted windows.
When the cops approached the actor's vehicle, they smelled alcohol and noticed his bloodshot eyes.
Multiple field sobriety tests were then performed and failed and Mackey was cuffed and taken to a local police station, where he refused to submit to a blood-alcohol test.
As a result, Mackie's license will be suspended.
The busy actor is best known for roles in 8 Mile, Gangster Squad and The Hurt Locker.
