According to pics obtained by TMZ, Jelena were caught on their Segways in Justin's Calabasas neighborhood. Swaggy!

While there was no PDA in the pics, the two looked like they were having a good time. He is seen speeding up ahead up of her talking to a guy pal. Does this mean they're back together?
