The 19-year-old certainly kept all eyes on her as she arrived at Bootsy Bellows nightclub on Saturday evening (28 September).
Courtney teamed her skintight, super short dress with yet another pair of skyscraper heels – but they weren't the trusty nude ones we got used to seeing on CBB! Instead, she vamped up the glitz by donning a sparkly gold pair.

The teenager, who finished her look with a gold choker necklace and pale pink handbag, appeared to be without husband Doug Hutchison for her night out.
Courtney and Doug arrived back in the US from the UK last week.
Washington-born Courtney could, however, be getting a taste of England in LA very soon, as her former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Lauren Harries is said to be planning a visit.

Lauren told Reveal last week that she and Courtney – who were firm friends on CBB - have been snapped up for a reality show that will film in Los Angeles.
"We'll be filming at Courtney's house and going to where Marilyn Monroe died. We'll also be going to visit loads of clothes shops and I'll be dressing Courtney," she said.
"The show has definitely got the go-ahead. Channel 5 were fighting for it and an American channel is interested in it too. I'm not sure what it's going to be called yet, but it has to have Courtney and Lauren in it. I don't mind that."
