Models with plaited Renaissance hairdos hit the Valentino runway for Paris Fashion Week Womenswear Spring/Summer 2014 at the Espace Ephemere Tuileries on October 1, 2013 in Paris, France.
Valentino Womenswear Spring/Summer 2014 is all about elegant red carpet-worthy gowns with a touch of the baroque about them, ornate patterned caftan style dresses, lacy cocktail dresses and stunning embroidered coats.
Favorites in the Valentino gown collection include the very elegant mint, peach, coral and yellow crocheted gown, a peach, coral, cream and white flounced floor-length dress, a blue, burgundy, gold and black floral gown and the beige red and black horizontal striped maxi. Actually there are far too many favorites to list here since I am allowed at best to share 21 pictures with you.
Among the cocktail dresses, the burgundy and hunter green lace mini, a burgundy carpet print mini (I know, but you have to see it!), the geometric print coral, burgundy, black and beige coat dress, and the black crocheted lace dress with peach, burgundy and turquoise embroidery caught my eye.
As for their separates, the ocelot pants are gorgeous. There’s also a fringed ocelot coat that many would take to…
Valentino’s bags include mid-sized leather totes, some with decorative studs and fringes, studded and fringed leather shoulderbags, while their Spring/Summer 2014 shoe collection include pretty metallic sandals.
The stunning Valentino SS 2014 gowns were accessorized with chunky gold necklaces, large gold pendants and thick gold bracelets.
Enjoy this quite beautiful and elegant Valentino Spring/Summer 2014 collection in my slideshow and embedded video and thanks for subscribing to my fashion and other articles…
