The “Liz and Dick” star, who was photographed appearing to reach for a bottle of red wine at friend Courtenay Semel's Hollywood Hills home on Tuesday, could blow the $2 million deal she has with Oprah Winfrey if she actually did reach for that vino.
There’s a lot on the line as she currently films her sobriety for an OWN network reality show.

Lohan was with a group of friends who ordered a bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey and left a private karaoke booth full of trash when they left.
The morning after the incident, in which Lohan also had a verbal argument with a staffer and called the NYPD (no police report was filed), the actress flew to Los Angeles for a series of project meetings. She was due back in New York Wednesday morning on a red-eye flight, but missed her scheduled departure.
“She stayed at Courtenay's house in Los Angeles because she had nowhere else to go today,” says our insider.

Late Wednesday, news broke that she’s also facing a new civil lawsuit related to the 2012 California car crash that led to a criminal conviction for reckless driving and her recent stint in lockdown rehab.
Truck driver James Johnson claims he’s suffered physical pain and mental anguish after the accident on a Santa Monica highway, TMZ.com reported.
