Actor Anthony Mackie was pulled over early Saturday morning in New York City for his window tints, which led to a drunk driving bust.
Actor Anthony Mackie was arrested for drunk driving in Harlem early Saturday after being pulled over for tinted windows.
Mackie, best known for his roles in "8 Mile," "Hurt Locker" and "Gangster Squad," was pulled over on Lenox Ave. near 125th St. about 1:20 a.m., police said, for the window tints on his red 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T.
Cops quickly noticed Mackie’s watery, bloodshot eyes and the smell of alcohol on his breath.
The 35-year-old star refused a Breathalyzer test, cops said. He was arrested for DWI and was awaiting arraignment Saturday morning.

Mackie is set to star as The Falcon in the upcoming Marvel comics movie, "Captain America: The Winter Soldier," due out in April 2014.
