BatKid won a lot of hearts over on Friday, Nov. 15, when he fought crime like a boss in San Francisco-turned-Gotham.
Christian Bale , who played the caped crusader in Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises, was beyond impressed by Miles Scott, the 5-year-old leukemia-surviving superhero fulfilling his Make-a-Wish dream!
"Wasn't that fantastic?" Bale gushed to Vulture . "I looked on the news and I saw this headline and thought, 'What's that?' And I saw all the pictures of him running around and saving people. It's so touching."

"He must have been bewildered," the actor gushed. "Hopefully, later on, he'll be able to look back and say, 'Oh my God, how amazing.'"
And while the 39-year-old star admits he's somewhat of "a dinosaur" when it comes to technology, he praised Twitter and its users, telling Vulture , "How great a thing [it is] that it can create something like that!"

"I mean, it's so wonderful," Bale went on. "This little kid, oh my God—what a wonderful day for the little fella! It's just fantastic, seeing all those people who were out there to support it."
Aw, so true! BatKid also wowed Stephen Amell and the Arrow cast. The actor posted a video to Facebook, in character as Oliver Queen conferring with Felicity Smoak and John Diggle, thanking Miles for giving them a crime-free day! "So what do we do?" he asks his fellow vigilantes, unsure of how to function with no bad guys to fight. "Wanna grab a bite to eat?"
That, they do, thanks to a very special superhero named Miles!
