NORTON SHORES, Mich. (WZZM) -- Police are looking for two suspects in a weekend shooting and the victim, who fled the hospital wearing just a gown.
Around 8 p.m. Saturday, police were called to the Baymont Inn on Harvey Street on a report of one person shot. Officers were also told two suspects were seen leaving the hotel, traveling westbound on Hile Road in a light-colored sedan.
Police found a male victim, 32, in front of room 108 with gunshot wounds.
Witnesses told police they heard an argument and four to six gunshots outside the room. The suspects were described as a black male, about 6'0" tall, thin, wearing all black, and a Hispanic female, about 5'3" tall, about 160 lbs. with a tattoo on the right side of her neck. Both were believed to be in their mid-20s.
The victim was treated for a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the back of the head and side when he fled Hackley Hospital Sunday afternoon wearing a hospital gown. He is wanted on unrelated warrants.
