Lamar Odom has agreed to a plea deal linked to his August arrest on suspicion of DUI, according to reports out Monday.

The troubled husband of Kourtney Kardashian, who notably did not appear in the family's annual extravagant Christmas card, had previously entered a not guilty plea in October.

Odom will plead no contest to the DUI charge in exchange for serving three years' probation and completing an alcohol education class by June 9, TMZ reported. He was also dinged for a $1,814 fine.

On Aug. 30, Odom was going about 50 mph in the early morning hours when he was pulled over on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley, L.A. Now reported. California Highway Patrol officials said he was driving in a "serpentine manner" and actually continued past three freeway exits while authorities tried to pull him over.

Odom showed signs of intoxication and couldn't pass field sobriety tests, a CHP report said. He refused all chemical tests at Van Nuys jail — something that resulted in suspension of his driver's license for a year, under state law.

Attorney Richard Hutton entered the plea on his client's behalf Monday, according to E! News. A separate DMV hearing has been set regarding the status of Odom's license.
