This week's celebrity anniversaries:


Sept. 29, 2012. Actress Anne Hathaway and Adam Shulman, Big Sur, California. Like the wedding's backdrop, the natural, scenic Big Sur on the California coast, Hathaway's look seemed otherwise understated. "The Dark Knight Rises" star kept her cropped pixie cut from "Les Miserables" for the big day, forgoing any hair extensions. She wore no jewelry, says the source. To accessorize, she donned a 1920s-inspired headband attached to a simple veil. She wore a custom Valentino gown, as was expected given her close relationship with the designer.


Sept. 29, 2012. Actor Stanley Tucci and Felicity Blunt, London. Felicity's actress sister Emily Blunt, who starred in "The Devil Wears Prada" with Stanley, introduced the couple, who held a stunning ceremony at the Middle Temple Hall. Actor Steve Buscemi served as the best man Emily Blunt was a bridesmaid. The newlyweds strolled arm in arm while smiling and gazing into each other's eyes. Blunt wore a Nanette Lepore gown for the occasion, while Tucci sported a Hugo Boss tux.


Sept. 30, 2000. Tennis star Pete Sampras and Bridgette Wilson, California. The couple exchanged vows on the tennis court of their home. The bride wore Vera Wang while the groom wore an Armani tuxedo. Proud of his Greek heritage, the tennis champ and his bride incorporated several Greek customs into the festivities, from breaking a plate for good luck to distributing almonds (a symbol of fertility) to all who had attended the event. Elton John did a 45-minute set. Together the couple has two sons, Christian and Ryan.


Sept. 30, 1995. "Judging Amy" star Amy Brenneman and Brad Sillberling, West Port, Conn. The Rev. Michael Stevens, a Congregational minister, officiated in the garden at the home of the bride's parents, Russell L. Brenneman and Judge Frederica S. Brenneman. They have two children, Charlotte and Bodhi.


Sept. 30, 2011. Tennessee-based Rocker Jeremy Davis and Kathryn Camsey, Las Vegas. Paramore's Hayley Williams served as bridesmaid to the British TV host and actress Camsey.


Sept. 30, 2006. Novelist and producer David Benioff and actress Amanda Peet, Manhattan. They married at Amanda's alma mater, Friends Seminary Quaker School in New York City. The bride, who was pregnant at the time, wore an off-white Oscar de la Renta gown with a black sash and ruffles cascading down the back. Before exchanging rings, the couple passed their wedding bands around the room via tied ribbon, so each person in attendance could touch them. The vows were recited in both English and Hebrew. They have two daughters, Francis and Molly.


Oct. 1, 2008. Actress Beverly Mitchell ("Seventh Heaven") and Michael Cameron, Ravello, Italy. The couple wed in front of celebrities like Justin Timberlake who was the date of bridesmaid, Jessica Biel, Mitchell's "Seventh Heaven" co-star. The bride wore a satin draped fit and flare Melissa Sweet gown while the groom wore Kenneth Cole. The church was decorated in all white flowers. For the reception, the couple had an Italian feast where the bride changed into a short Alice & Olivia dress. The newlyweds honeymooned in the Maldives. They welcomed their first child, daughter Kenzie Lynne, on March 28, 2013.


Oct. 1, 1984. Actress Sigourney Weaver and Jim Simpson. Weaver and Simpson have been married for more than 25 years. This is the only marriage for both. They have one daughter together.


Oct. 1, 2011. Singer Gene Simmons (Kiss) and actress/model Shannon Tweed, Beverly Hills, Calif. They were married at the Beverly Hills Hotel with 400 of their closest friends and family, including Hugh Hefner, Bill Maher, and Dog the Bounty Hunter. Tweed's ceremony dress was made by Priscilla of Boston, which she paired with Rene Caovilla ivory heels. The couple recited personal vows. At the reception, the couple's daughter performed "At Last" for their first dance. Tweed wore a Badgley Mischka dress with a crystal neckline at the reception. She changed for a third time to a silver sequined gown later in the evening. Kiss performed three songs at the end of the reception and the couple stayed the night in the hotel before leaving for a cruise in the Caribbean.


Oct. 2, 1999. Singer Rob Thomas (Matchbox Twenty) and model Marisol Maldonado, Santa Ynez, Calif. The couple said "I do" in an outdoor ceremony held on the grounds of Matchbox Twenty's manager's estate. Marisol wore a Vera Wang duchesse satin gown with her hair in a sleek chignon. The bride's bouquet was comprised of black beauty and red garden roses with a touch of red pepper berries to spice up the arrangement. Rob wore a Gucci tuxedo. Wolfgang Puck catered the reception while the newlyweds danced to Edwin McCain's "I'll Be." They jetted off to a Hawaii honeymoon following the wedding.


Oct. 2, 1993. Director Spike Lee and Tonya Lynette Lewis, New York. The couple exchanged vows at Riverside Church. They have three children together. When Tonya met Spike she was a concert-level pianist and corporate lawyer. They met at a Congressional Black Caucus dinner and it was love at first sight.


Oct. 2, 2011. Actor Seth Rogan and producer Lauren Miller, Sonoma, Calif. The couple had a Jewish ceremony at Kunde Family Estate surrounded by vineyards and a grove of oak trees. Guests included Judd Apatow, Jonah Hill, Paul Rudd and David Krumholtz. A brass band performed after the vows as the couple drove away in a classic convertible. They honeymooned in Tahiti.


Oct. 3, 1998. Television host Matt Lauer ("The Today Show") and model Annette Roque, Bridgehampton, N.Y. They have three children together. They almost separated in 2006 while Annette was pregnant with their third child but they reconciled.


Oct. 3, 1992. President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Robinson, Chicago, Ill. Barack and Michelle dated for three years before they were married. The couple married at the Trinity United Church of Christ. Michelle wore a long sleeve off-the-shoulder white silk dress with a chiffon overlay and a sweetheart neckline. The dress had intricate floral applique embellishments and a long train. She clutched a bouquet of greenery and white roses. Barack wore a black suit with a white rose boutonniere. His best man was his half-brother who lives in Kenya. Following the vows, a reception was held at the South Shore Cultural Center. The couple left on their honeymoon along the coast of California in the days that followed the wedding. The couple has two daughters, Malia and Natasha (known as Sasha).


Oct. 3, 1988. Singer Lisa Marie Presley and musician/actor Danny Keough. This was Presley's first of four marriages and lasted six years. They have two children together. She later went on to marry Nicolas Cage, Michael Lockwood, and lastly the King of Pop, Michael Jackson.


Oct. 4, 2008. Personality Howard Stern and Beth Ostrosky, New York, Beth and Howard married at New York's Le Cirque restaurant. The bride wore a white chiffon Marchesa gown with cutaway back and sides. She walked down the aisle to a performance by Dixie Chicks' Natalie Maines. Mark Consuelos, Kelly Ripa's husband, officiated the vows. Guests included Donald and Melania Trump, Joan Rivers, Barbara Walters, John Stamos and Billy Joel. Instead of a wedding ring, Howard opted to get "B" tattooed on his ring finger, while Beth chose a traditional ring. They chose to honeymoon at their home in the Hamptons because that's where they fell in love.


Oct. 5, 2008. "American Idol" singer LaKisha Jones and financial advisor Larry Davis and Beverly Hills, Calif. The couple married at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in the Royal Suite in the hotel penthouse. The wedding had an Old Hollywood theme, so the bride and groom both wore white. The bride chose a taffeta-embroidered, strapless Alfred Angelo gown, paired with a quarter of a million dollars of Neil Lane jewels. The jewelry included a heart-shaped pendant, earrings and bracelet. Her white, satin, peep-toe pumps by Stuart Weitzman were accented with a satin rose and Swarovski crystals. For her "something blue," the bottom of the shoes had a crystal inscription of the couple's initials and wedding date. They had their first child, Ava LaRynn, in 2009.


Oct. 5, 2001. Professional boxer Oscar De La Hoya and singer Millie Corretjer, San Juan, Puerto Rico. They were married in a secret ceremony in San Juan. Oscar and Millie met when both were signed to the same record label. His debut CD earned a Grammy nod that year. They have two children together.


Oct. 5, 1968. Actors Charles Bronson and Jill Ireland. This was Bronson's second marriage. He had met Ireland when she was married to Scottish actor David McCallum. At the time, Bronson (who shared the screen with McCallum in "The Great Escape") reportedly told him, "I'm going to marry your wife." Two years later, Bronson did just that. The Bronsons lived in a grand Bel Air mansion with seven children: two by his previous marriage, three by hers (one of whom was adopted) and two of their own (another one of whom was adopted). Jill passed away in 1990 and Bronson got remarried to Kim Weeks. They were married for five years until Bronson passed away on August 30, 2003.
