It might only be November, but Miley Cyrus has her Valentine's Day plans already locked down. That's the day the singer will launch her Bangerz tour.

"Literally my whole life is revolving around this whole tour right now," Cyrus told Ryan Seacrest on Wednesday (November 6), after initially teasing the tour during a cameo on "Saturday Night Live" last month.

The trek will begin on February 14, 2014 in Vancouver, making stops all over North America, including dates in L.A., Chicago, Las Vegas, Nashville and New York City. The 38-date jaunt will wrap up on April 24 in Long Island, New York. The tour is named after Cyrus' chart-topping October album release, which has spawned hits like "We Can't Stop" and "Wrecking Ball."

Additional information, like who might be opening for Cyrus, has yet to be announced. Tickets go on sale starting Saturday, November 16.

"I'm making everyone come into my world," she added on Seacrest's radio show. "It's a show from the minute you walk into the door. Nothing that's obviously traditional."

Cyrus is working with music video director Diane Martel on the creative for the tour. Martel directed Cyrus' "We Can't Stop" video and was also the creative director of her unforgettable VMAs performance back in August. Miley said, "Anything I do I want it to be the opposite of what [everyone's] doing."

Before Cyrus hits the road, the singer will take the stage at the 2013 MTV EMA in Amsterdam on Sunday. The "Wrecking Ball" singer is nominated for four awards at the show and given how crazy she got at the VMAs in August, fans should get hyped for this latest performance. Don't miss it! The 2013 MTV EMA take place on November 10 at 7 p.m. ET/PT on MTV.
