Hopefully Chris Brown isn't feeling too comfy in rehab because he might soon be leaving!
A judge has reportedly just revoked his probation in regard to his assault on Rihanna , and this means he could be headed to jail!
We hear the judge on the case determined the criminal complaint in D.C. for an assault was enough to revoke the probation as it seems he is not obeying all laws. Breezy was not in court as he's continuing treatment, and the judge was pleased with him seeking anger management treatment.
However, that didn't stop the judge from hitting the singer hard with this move!
Now, a hearing is scheduled for February 2014 where the probation violation will be investigated. And THEN it will be determined whether or not Breezy is headed to the clink!
Although, maybe he'll catch a break if he doesn't have anymore rehab freak outs?? Or has he used up his nine lives?
