WLWT - Sharyl Kittel, 28, said her vows standing at the altar of Milford First United Methodist Church in Milford, Ohio.
Now a big part of that special moment is missing.
With her own wedding five months away, Sharyl's daughter Tiffany decided it was time to open the box and see the gown her mom had preserved in 1987.
"We're all ready to open it. It's kind of exciting and you open it and it's kind of, like, 'Aahhh, yeah,'" Sharyl Kittel said.
