Ke$ha entered rehab on Friday morning for an eating disorder, PEOPLE confirms.
"I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself but I've found it hard to practice," the "Timber" singer, 26, says in a statement to PEOPLE.
"I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder ... to learn to love myself again. Exactly as I am."
The singer-songwriter is reportedly being treated outside of Chicago at Timberline Knolls, the same facility where Demi Lovato found help.
